2003 is going to be an exciting year for the employees, existing, and new customers of EXTEL Communications. We have moved to a new building 3 times the size of our previous location. We have expanded our warehouse and inventory. We have reorganized and strengthened our three operational divisions. We have added technicians and sales representatives. We have increased the size of our motor vehicle fleet. And we are branding a new theme "The EXTEL Advantage".

All this has been done with one thought in mind - To provide our valued customers, new or old, with superior products and customer service.

In 2003, after every new system sale and every customer service transaction, we are going to ask our customers. Have you ever recommended EXTEL? Would you recommend EXTEL in the future? We will be delighted when we receive a positive response. However, when we don't receive that positive response, we will take the appropriate measures to satisfy and retain that valued customer.
